on further review, I don't really know what the hell they are talking about, and just don't care enough to find out...so I deleted the post
I'm not even sure why they were even presenting it in that manner, but I've also never voted in a primary, so who knows
And I'm not a boomer...I'm most likely the youngest person on this board.
But ya, there is alot of bullshit on twitter, no doubt about it. You have to siphon through it all.
Its been especially chaotic the last few days. I see alot of bullshit on twitter. Just because I don't post it all doesn't mean I don't see it.
Just the last few days there's been a lot of bs about blue rooftops in Florida and more Flat Earth garbage.

There’s a lot of great reporting available on Twitter. And, there’s a lot of nonsense. The task of the user is to seek out reliable sources and ignore the rest.
In the past, it was a one-sided (leftist) propaganda site. Now, it’s 2-sided.

I would describe Twitter as the new public forum.
Also, a lot of my posts ask questions...how is that not genuine? Strangely, these questions are never answered by the leftists on the board. What I post on this board is a microcosm of what I see on twitter and alternative media
I'm not purely anti-left either...you would surprised to know what I've seen about Tucker Carlson and Kari Lake. I mostly post the issues that I find the most atrocious and largely indefensible, like the current stuff on Ukraine. My opinions are my own.

I’ve answered your questions plenty of times, and the response is almost always just you insulting me. If your questions were genuine you’d want a genuine discussion. I just wonder if you will reflect on the other things you’ve learned from and posted from Twitter, or will you continue to accept them at face value? I do admire your honesty to delete this when you realized it was bullshit. Far better than anyone else here. |

I have never ever seen any promotion for flat earth directed at me. I never will. But you have. I call you a boomer not because of your age, but because you don’t understand how the internet works. If you are getting flat earth propaganda, it is not because Twitter has gone crazy in the few days, its because you’ve fallen into a loop of Twitter feeds that promote wild conspiracies. |
