I've read thru the lawsuit and seems to me the msts important aspect is jurisdiction.
This was filed in Pickens County, SC, as opposed to a tobacco road jurisdiction. I hate theat the legal system is so venue-dependent (see Trump's legal issues), but this is where we are now.
The CFB playoff payouts are part of the writing on the wall that the ACC can't compete financially w/BIG & SEC.
