Wow that was some powerful stuff. Highly recommended if you have not seen it yet. It's sad to see what the American media has become and how if you beat a subject over and over that people will believe it to be true. This was a witch hunt, a lynch mob. No different from life in this country 200 years ago.
A psychological/emotionally distressed single black mom makes a false allegation of sexual assault. Rev. Jesse chimes in and the world was ready to hang these kids with no investigation required. The NY Times (imagine that) covered the story of guilt on an hourly basis. No evidence needed. And after all was brought to light, no apology from any of them.
And after all this, it still goes on and on and on and on.

I'll be looking for a replay. Wikipedia has a good recounting: en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Duke_lacrosse_case"In response to the allegations, Duke University suspended the lacrosse team for two games on March 28, 2006. The following week, on April 5, Duke lacrosse coach Mike Pressler was forced to resign under threat by athletic director Joe Alleva, and Duke President Richard Brodhead canceled the remainder of the 2006 season. On April 11, 2007, North Carolina Attorney General Roy Cooper dropped all charges and declared the three lacrosse players innocent. Cooper stated that the players – Reade Seligmann, Collin Finnerty, and David Evans – were victims of a "tragic rush to accuse." The initial prosecutor, Nifong, was labeled a "rogue prosecutor" by Cooper, and withdrew from the case in January 2007 after the North Carolina State Bar filed ethics charges against him. In June 2007, Nifong was disbarred for "dishonesty, fraud, deceit and misrepresentation", making him the first prosecutor in North Carolina disbarred for trial conduct. Nifong served one day in jail for lying about sharing DNA tests (criminal contempt); the lab director said it was a misunderstanding and Nifong claimed it was due to weak memory. Mangum faced no charges for her false accusations, as Cooper declined to prosecute her."

I saw most of the program last night. So very sad. Our media is out of control. They can take any slight, no mater how insignificant, and turn it into 24 hours of frenzy.

Here's your "assault"... Look closely, it goes by QUICK! Good luck with that lawsuit, Michelle. I'll miss you.

Here's your "assault"... Look closely, it goes by QUICK! Good luck with that lawsuit, Michelle. I'll miss you. The sad truth is in both these situations and in society at large, an allegation by a female becomes a judgement against a male.
Truth is secondary. A male must be able to prove his innocence. Males are disposable. Welcome to the fusion of feminism and government. Every man needs to understand the present reality before he gets smashed by it.

This sorry excuse told Megyn that this "was the worst thing to ever happen to her other than the death of her father".
Good Lord.
I missed her screams of pain and agony, Bevo. You have deceptively edited this clip.

Bevo. You have deceptively edited this clip. Not me! :-)
I just posted the GIF
I watched the full video this was taken from... it's representative.
It's still not clear to me who actually grabbed her... although, it looks like it MIGHT have been Lewansowski.... but, there's no way to be sure. It is possible to be sure that, THIS is NOT "assault".

She and her boyfriend have pulled this crap before - she claimed she was beaten by NYPD with batons and there was a picture, but what the picture didn't show is that the police were actually helping her up where she had fallen.
