I don't know how many times, or ways I have to say this:
Texas will NEVER join the B1G.
At least, not before Herd donates $10k to Donald Trump or Blue Hen joins the NRA. Both of those things are more likely.
I found this part to be interesting:
"Today news broke that ESPN lost another 231,000 subscribers from July to August this year. That's $20 million in yearly revenue lost. In the past year alone ESPN has lost 4.159 million subscribers. That's nearly $350 million in lost revenue."
Later, the article says ESPN currently has ~ 89MM viewers. Using the same math, that says their ANNUAL revenue is $7.7 BILLION. Wow.

I could see one Oklahoma Team added to the SEC. I just can't see two.
Maybe an Ohio or North Carolina School to go with Oklahoma.

I think the conference in the most trouble is the PAC 12....they have no opportunity for growth 10 years from now, I think we'll be seeing a lot of rumblings from them, and I wouldn't be shocked to see the Cali schools head to the B1G

LOL Good point. I probably need 20 more times to catch him.
IF, God forbid, it EVER happens... I will merely point out that.... the B1G joined TEXAS!

They have a huge inferiority complex in that AAC! They think they're too good for the other members....

There's a few G5 schools that should be in the P5....BYU, Houston, UConn, Cincinnati, UCF, Colorado State...these aren't small time piddly schools. Most of these schools have played in the top bowls.

Sounds like they'd be a perfect fit for the Big 12.

Expansion is all about TV Markets these days which Is the main reason I North Carolina and Ohio as plums to be picked.
