All power 5 0 loss teams survived the weekend. I thought Clemson was shaky and regressed back to the team we saw struggling earlier this year. NC State had the game won and then decided to put it on the shoulder of a shaky field goal kicker. They could have ran a few more plays at the end of regulation and chose not to which cost them dearly. Ohio States offense was very unimpressive last week and the first half against Wisconsin but they did turn it on and got the W.
Alabama went from being number 1 to being number 1 with a huge gap to number 2. They look unbeatable at the moment.
Nebraska and TAM are still on the radar and will have there chance to prove they belong but at this point there road to the title will be thrwarted well before mid November hits.
Watch out for West Virginia. They looked really good and actually they showed they can play some defense in a defenseless conference. Skylar Howard looked very good at QB as he was completing passes in some pretty tight windows. Again, the Big 12 will need some help but this team looks pretty darn good.
No Loss P5 9 Nebraska, Michigan, Ohio State, Texas AM, Alabama, Washington Clemson,Baylor, West Virginia
1 Loss P5 3 Florida, Louisville, Utah
0 Loss G5 2 Boise St, Western Michigan

Western Michigan might be better than Houston.

Western Michigan might be better than Houston. They actually may have a better coach as well PJ Fleck has had a great run their and is still relatively young. I would expect him to be on the short list of some open jobs next season.

No Loss P5 9 Nebraska, Michigan, Ohio State, Texas AM, Alabama, Washington Clemson,Baylor, West Virginia Although I think it's unlikely, the "nightmare scenario"... FIVE Undefeated Champions from the P5 conferences.... remains possible.
Can you imagine if: Nebraska, Washington, Clemson, West Virginia, and Texas A&M all win out?? What a train wreck.
In such a case, I suspect WVU would be left out. The B12 is clearly the weakest conference this year, and they'd have one less win... since no CCG.
Maybe not those teams, but... there's a decent chance we'll end up with multiple no-loss Conf Champs. I think WVU has a decent chance in the Big 12 to run that table. It's not that tough a table.

Better yet what if we have a no loss WVU and a 1 loss BAMA 1 loss Clemson and 1 loss Ohio State all conference champs. Kind of a wierd year. Lots of no loss teams and very few one loss teams. Not a good year to be a 2 loss team if you want in the CFP. Wisonsin probably has the best chance as they can knock of Nebraska then get revenge against tOSU or scUM but that would be a long shot.

#3 the week before the selection, and then conveniently drop to #7.
