No P5 team has the guts to schedule NDSU. It really is a no win situation - look what happened to Iowa last year. NDSU comes in playing it like its their Super Bowl and if Iowa wins, so what, but if they lose - it's a catastrophe. I get it. Ohio State played Youngstown State when Tressel was coach - he came from there and I think it was a way to pay his old school back back nothing was gained by playing them although YSU got a nice paycheck. But everyone hammered OSU for playing a G5 team. It's no win for the P5 team.

A series of P5 teams, including Kansas State, shared the same fate as Iowa. If I was the AD of a P5 school, I wouldn't have the guts to schedule NDSU either.
I wonder how many P5 schools are answering JMU's phone calls these days?

I don't expect anybody to believe this but I predicted JMU's win over VT years ago and also ASU's win over Michigan. I was totally confident that ASU was just a better team.

Guess we'll find out very soon whether Herman will magically be able to make us a contender.

No P5 team has the guts to schedule NDSU. FSU would travel to NDSU's stadium and beat their ass I'm pretty sure Alabama would too just because they barely beat a B1G weakling doesn't mean they could compete with the top dogs at all

Are you referring to the same 2016 Iowa team that was ranked #13 and #10 when they were defeated by NDSU? The same 2016 Iowa team that went on to defeat #2 Michigan and 2 weeks later hammer #17 Nebraska by 3 TDs? That B1G "weakling"?

Then why doesn't anyone answer the phone when NDSU calls?
There have been too many hard-earned lessons.

Of course, App. St. goes to UGA and hosts Wake Forest this year.

Sorry Stew, but you MUST be lying. We have it on very good authority here that it is impossible to schedule games against P5 schools...

Georgia 'scheduled' Appy. Sun Belt teams don't dictate schedules of big brand teams.
