Spent the last week and a half at Seabrook down by Charleston. Rode my bike close to 250 miles all over Seabrook and Kiawah. Very relaxing. It WAS difficult walking around in my Ohio State t-shirt passing all the locals wearing their tiger paw hats and t-shirts. Who was the guy who used to post about South Carolina sports all the time and talk about southern speed; I think I may have ran in to him at a restaurant in Charleston .

Enjoyed the low country, did you Doc?
We are likely headed that way in August - to Edisto Island, just a little further south down the coast.

Sounds like a little bit of heaven.

We rode our bikes out to the Ocean Course on Kiawah several times and decided to have dinner there one night in the Ryder Cup Room - what a beautiful setting! It was an expensive evening but one of the couples we were with was celebrating their wedding anniversary so it was worth it.
