Bummer. I used U-Haul Air for my last 3 moves.
Loved having the opportunity to test my experience flying military gliders.

When my lovely wife and I moved back home from Augusta, we used a giant UHAUL truck. I provide beer and fried chicken to several friends who helped me load it.
It was a 1000 mile journey back to Angleton. I was driving the big truck with one car in tow with my male yorkie in the seat with me. My wife (7 months pregnant) drove our other car, with our bitch yorkie riding with her. My wife had to stop and pee every two hours... but, that was OK, cause the truck had to be re-filled with gas just about on the same schedule.
All the way over, about every 20 minutes, the truck would backfire: BOOM! My dog would go nuts, EVERY TIME! Barking for 5-10 minutes.
We drove this way for 975 miles. 25 miles from home, the truck DIED! Just quit.... This was the day before Thanksgiving, 1987. I was SOOO pissed.
Pulled over, called UHAUL... waited an hour.... Nobody showed up. On a whim, I tried to re-start the truck. Va-ROOM! It started right up! So, I drove the rest of the way home. I don't know if anyone EVER showed up to help us.
That was my LAST UHAUL experience. I hope, forever.

Lol.
The founder of the company had about a dozen children with a bunch of wives. He gave the company to his kids, who immediately went to war with one another. A couple of the kids finally gained control of the company.
