...basically 8 , so called, G5s beating so called P5s
and 2 champ div teams (63 schollies) beating exhibition div teams (85 schollies). Nice going UNH and S.Dakota
and while shutout the Blue Hens did hold nationally ranked VT to 300 yds of total offense and easily won the ATS game.

I thought you would be proud of the Hens. I salute them.

I thought the Hens had some momentum building until that ugly INT.

Got to say something about the Hokie fans. We were two blue dots in a sea of maroon and orange...all adults, and those folks were so nice and interesting to chat with. Even the Blue Hen fans that made the trip South have been commenting on the classy hospitality they experienced in Blacksburg. Glad my 70 year old ears had ear plugs, however. The crowd noise + the hideous music (a stretch to call it music) blasting away over the sound system was brutal. Had to walk almost 2 miles from the nearest public parking area ( non permit lot) to the stadium but enjoyed seeing the massive campus with its 'Hokiestone' buildings plus the memorial to the shooting victims. I can only imagine what that place will be like when Clemson comes in a few weeks.

Georgia, on the other hand, is a place no visiting fan should go.
