Hey guys I'm back! And it looks like I JT Barrett might be back to 2014 form. If the Buckeyes can get a fraction of that IT the rest of the season.......they actually match up pretty well with Alabama along the lines, in fact their defensive line might be better than Alabama's offensive line, on paper at least. I fully expect right now the playoff might be an SEC Big Ten invitational, because I do think Notre Dame will drop one, but there's still a lot of football left

Good to have you back Kent. I have to say your analysis is a bit off. I'm sure you meant to say OSU does NOT matchup very well against BAMA. I watched them come back against Penn St...very impressive.

Approaching zero.

ESPN is giddy about that and will lobby like hell to insure it happens. Agree, OSU has the best chance to match up athletically with Bama, IMO. That 4th quarter brought Kentflash out of the woodwork.

Tomorrow will be interesting - I think the committee really wants ND in the playoff and expect them to be one of the top 4 in the initial rankings. Should they win out, they'll be in the playoff meaning one of the semi-final games will once again be a blowout. (of course, my Buckeyes contributed to the streak of Semi final blowouts!)

Did anybody notice the QB change at halftime of the Rutgers-Michigan game?
Apparently, Michigan has a freshman QB who has some skill.
If those Wolverines start having a little offense, they might just get their teeth back.

I hope that kid is still playing when Ohio State comes to town, he'll leave the field with a pile of sh!t in his pants. Michigan will lose at Wisconsin and vs Ohio State. They'll also probably lose their bowl game.

I fully expect right now the playoff might be an SEC Big Ten invitational, because I do think Notre Dame will drop one, but there's still a lot of football left hmmmm....2x2 2 SEC (Alabama, Georgia) vs. 2 B1G (Penn State, Ohio State) I really don't think this will happen...you'd need A LOT of stuff to happen for this scenario Georgia has to go undefeated IMO...no room for error Alabama can afford a loss, but I don't think the committee will let Alabama "back in" to the playoff if they lose the SEC Championship. I don't know for sure, because the committee hasn't come across the scenario. I think the last team that "backed in" to a championship was Oklahoma '03, and there was major scowling across the sport in not letting USC into the championship. If Alabama drops a game to Auburn or LSU, and wins the SEC, they are still in though As for the B1G, Penn State needs help. I think they are the highest ranking non-champ, but they need A LOT of help. Wisconsin, Miami, Clemson, Virginia Tech, TCU, and even possibly Washington might be able to jump them

I actually think Bama gets left OUT if they lose, but UGA might sneak in... if their ONLY loss is a close one to Bama in the CCG.
Either might make it, since they'd both be 12-1. But, UGA has the better overall schedule, and the big win AT Notre Dame. They have more convincing case. BAMA's best case is: They BEAT everyone they played.
