The Big 12 this year is a mess... Basically, there are FOUR teams tied at 4-1:
OU
TCU
OK ST
ISU
And, they all have to play many games against each other in the next few weeks. If ANY of the run the table, they'll win outright. I don't think any of them will. Which means, the MOST LIKELY OUTCOME IS: a tie, with two, maybe three 2-loss teams.
IMO, the team with EASIEST remaining road is: TCU. They have three GIMME's (Texas, TTech, Baylor) and ONE game against the Top 4 @ou.
ISU gets Ok St at home, which is good, but all other three games are on the road. They're not as good on the road.
OU has to play TWO of the Top 4.
Ok St has to play TWO of the Top 4.
I still think TCU is the best team in the conference. If they rematch against ISU, they'll beat them. TCU GAVE AWAY the game last week. They had three Turnovers inside the ISU 10 yard line last week. Everything that could go wrong did. The home town refs didn't help much either... there were a number of questionable holding calls.
I HOPE TCU is able to run the table, and avenge their loss to ISU. They might sniff a CFP spot that way.
OU, of course, could run the table and avenge their ISO loss, and would get strong consideration. But, I don' think they will.
OU is going to LOSE @ Ok State this week... book it! And that will deflate this team of pretenders, causing them to be flat and lose again to TCU.
That's how I see it playing out.
Maybe, they should all just go home now, and chisel in BEVO's predicted outcomes! :-)
