Southern Mississippi had been called for 12 penalties for over 100 yards after 3 quarters vs. Tennessee’s ZERO penalties.

This unquestionably bogus call was the most egregious. Check the video at the 6-second mark - the official was in the process of calling the penalty before the USM player had jumped! The SEC has thus far refused to comment.

Only once have I seen anything as egregious as that call. In fact, I don’t ever recall seeing two officials stare so intently, before the snap, at two players. The official on the right (the side judge?) was calling the penalty before the USM player even jumped. It was an obvious setup.

There are only two possibilities IMO. The officials were either inept or corrupt. I can’t conceive of a case for their being inept.
