....could actually find themselves back in the mix with enough teams losing.
if Georgia loses, the picture could change
the PAC 12 is officially out as well

Pretty much everyone has to have 2 losses for the Buckeyes to be back in

Still, that 31 point loss to Iowa is not going to help. Just goes to show you never know what to expect from 18-22 year old boys. MSU beats Iowa 17-10, Iowa beats OSU by 31, OSU beats MSU by 45. Go figure...

As of now Bama's SEC crossover games were against UT and Vandy who are both 0 - 6 in conference play. The OOC schedule is not good at all with FSU tanking and now they play FCS Mercer this weekend. The best win would be against 3 loss team. Ohio State would have a loss against 1 loss Oklahoma and wins of 1 loss Wiscy. 2 loss PSU and 3 loss MSU plus a conference champ.

If they lose to Auburn then then have a very mediocre schedule and no CCG. Best scenario for tOSU is for BAMA to win out. Worst case scenario is for UGA to beat BAMA in CCG.

After seeing today's rankings, I think Ohio State needs Miami to win th ACC
They might need Notre Dame to lose to Stanford, and USC to lose in the PAC 12 Championship

I also think ND is likely done, they would have got in with one loss, not two. Two wins over Navy and Stanford this year are not gonna tip the scales the way Michigan and an undefeated Wisconsin would

I think Dr. Pepper might just cancel the CFP this year. NO TEAMS DESERVING!

I think Dr. Pepper might just cancel the CFP this year. NO TEAMS DESERVING! Or better yet, throw ALL the deserving teams into a competition based elimination playoff...letting then actually meet up, play football (on the field, not in a conference room) eliminate each other and the last team standing is the champ.....sort of like a team sports championship. Nah, that would be ridiculous. Let's vote.
