College Football
#1 Alabama vs. #4 Oklahoma #2 Clemson vs. #3 Wisconsin
Natty: Oklahoma over Wisconsin
Rationale: I think Alabama wins out. They might get challenged by Auburn, but if they can pull out a victory, I think they can beat Georgia. Miami looks really good, but the Clemson D is another animal. I like Wisconsin a lot. Can they get past Ohio State? I don't know, but I think the Badger D is underestimated. Oklahoma is rolling over people, but won't gain much by beating TCU again, so they'll slip to #4. I like OU to win it all though. They have the offense and a great QB (like him or hate him) to make a serious run at the championship. To beat Alabama, you've got to pass the ball, and OU specializes in that. I'm also betting that Wisconsin pulls a miracle upset over Clemson, but can't keep pace with Oklahoma.
NFL Playoffs
AFC: Jacksonville over New England NFC: Atlanta over Philadelphia
Super Bowl: Atlanta over Jacksonville
Rationale: I think Atlanta is coming together and will make a strong second half run to the playoffs and the Super Bowl. They have the team to win it, but they have to get past New Orleans and the Eagles. Philadelphia is the team of the future IMO. Wentz is looking amazing. As for the AFC, it's kind of a weak crop of teams. New England is still the team to beat, but Jacksonville has a phenomenal defense. So at this point I'm calling Atlanta and Jax in the Super Bowl. Atlanta has the team to beat Jacksonville though, and if they get up early on the Jags, Jax doesn't have the offense to make a comeback

. NFL PlayoffsAFC: Jacksonville over New England NFC: Atlanta over Philadelphia So Blake Borttles is going to beat Tom Brady in a game most likely played in New England. Good luck with that. And I really like the way New Orleans is playing in the NFC but Philly has also been red hot. Again, I'd take the experienced QB over the younger game in a huge playoff.

Atlanta is STILL a mess. Philly looks good. But, New Orleans is playing inspired ball right now. They can RUN on you. They can PASS on you. Their defense is MUCH improved, albeit a little banged up right now. New England has a cake walk to the Super Bowl. The Entire AFC is weak. In fact, all but about 4-5 teams in the NFL royally SUCK! Every week, 75% of the games are just pitiful. KC @ NYG? Awful... CIncy at Denver? BORING!... Houston vs Zona? Sloppy, ugly game... This is easily the worst year of NFL football that I can remember. MAybe, THAT's why the ratings are down so much?

Jacksonville has the best D in the NFL, and one of the best D-Lines. I think they could challenge the Patriots. Jax destroyed Pittsburgh New Orleans is hot right now, but they still play Atlanta twice. I am still skeptical of the Saints D. I like Philadelphia a lot though...if Atlanta falters, I think they win the NFC

I'm actually enjoying the NFL more than college this year, but I'm lucky enough to have Sunday Ticket through a special TV package deal. I got to watch the Jaguars play, and then watched the comeback the Saints pulled off against the Redskins. Then I watched the Chargers. But without Sunday ticket, I would have been watching the games you mentioned. The NFL really sucks at showing it's premier games...their formula sucks compared to college footbal. BUT....college football was awful this weekend. This was pretty much cupcake weekend. Wisconsin and Miami played good games, that's it

Dallas sucks right now. They're missing their best runner, and the best blocker in the league. As long as those two are gone, beating Dallas doesn't mean much.

I'm lucky enough to have Sunday Ticket through a special TV package deal. I've had Sunday Ticket almost every year since it first started, in 1994. Back then, I used to get it on my 10' satellite dish, for FREE! That was awesome, cause... practically no one else had it. I've paid for it most years since. There was about a 2 year period where I only watched NFL Redzone (for fantasy purposes)... but quickly decided that this was not as good as watching multiple games. I almost can't do it anymore. SO MANY flags. SO MANY crap calls... like Alshon Jeffrey getting a TD last night when he was VERY CLEARLY DOWN at the 1.5 yard line. There is some truly pitiful play going on.

The Jags had a 5-1 turnover edge vs Cleveland and barely won. Jacksonville also had trouble hanging onto the ball, as they recovered 3 fumbles that they themselves laid down. The Jags beating the Patriots in Foxboro in the cold is at best a longshot...abd I'm thinking Pats won relatively easily 27-9.i actually think the NFL title is gonna be Minnesota over Philly. Something about that Vikings defense though, and the O is playing well too!

Hey that was obviously a good catch by Jeffrey, which caused me to win fantasy this week by three points.

I think New England in the cold would have a relatively easy game with Jacksonville, somewhere around 27-9. If the Jags couldn't muster anything vs Cleveland, I don't see that changing vs New England. I think The AFC title is doomed to be a rematch, with the Pats winning in Pittsburgh this time. It wouldn't suprisese me in the NFC if Carolina,Minnesota, Philly or New Orleans represented the NFC......But I really like the way the Vikings are playing right now.

I don't know why they got rid of Kelvin Benjamin...dumb decision at this point in the season IMO And the Vikings....Case Keenum? Idk... Philadelphia is legit though...they are building a Super Bowl team and could get there this year. They may be the next dynasty in the NFL

Drew Brees is playing lights out, and Mark Ingram is probably having his best season ever... they still play Atlanta twice, so it should be some highly intense games....and Bevo thinks the NFL is boring!
