Baker Mayfield is a no brainer for no/1 QB drafted.

If I had to pick one of this class of QB's who will be successful in the NFL, it would be Baker. But, I don't think he'll be drafted #1. The NFL idiots (like Cleveland) are more afraid of making a mistake than they are believing in what they see. They'll take Darnold, or Josh Allen... and then, regret it for years.
Some retard on ESPN (Mayock?) is predicting PSU's Barkely to go #1 overall. That ain't gonna happen. Not even the Browns are THAT stooped.

I actually would pick Barkley and then the QB at #4. You'd probably wind up with Rosen or the Wyoming kid. There are no guarantees! I do know I look forward to seeing the first hit that knocks that chip off Baker Mayfield's shoulder - or smirk off his face, whichever comes first. You are about to be playing the big boys, Baker, and they will be out to let you know college ain't the NFL.
If I had to pick one QB I think it would be Sam Darnold - he looked pretty damn good when he wasn't lying under a pile of Buckeye defenders in the Cotton Bowl!

The top five QBs look like a roundup of the usual suspects. Darnold is a turnover machine. Rosen is a millennial who can’t communicate with a coach. Allen struggles with accuracy. Mayfield is a three alarm head case. Jackson is a system guy with bad mechanics. All these guys have big upsides and COULD BE fine NFL Starters. In the third round these guys would all look good. As a number one pick, GMs and Coaches better keep their bags packed. That said, I like Rosen, Mayfield and Allen in that order.

I like Rosen much better than Darnold, I wouldn't take Sam with the LAST pick in the draft.
Baker is NOT Johnny Manziel. Manziel was a no class, first class idiot. His failure was as certain as the sun. Mayfield is competitive... But, he's not stupid. He'll work hard. And Doc, I promise you: NO ONE will ever wipe that smirk from His face. It's permanent. He's just wired that way. You can wipe him out on one play, he's right back at you on the next. I think he's going to be a good NFL QB..... Just as soon as he leaves Cleveland. :-)

Barkely is so awesome.... He had 60% of the yards D'Ontae Foreman had. Big whoop.
He has NO O-line at the Giants. He'll be another Ki-Jana Carter.
RB's are useless in the NFL anymore. They should never be drafted in the first round.

I really like the Bears pick... That UGA linebacker was a force.

He will have to adjust to getting the ball out of his hands quicker. He is accurate and accuracy seems to be something you have or you don’t. I’m sure constant coaching helps them all with the finer points but Baker starts ahead of the pack which is great. Cleveland will need to shore up the OLine with Joe Thomas getting long in the tooth or Baker will be another name on their long fail list. CB was just as critical as QB so they were forced to pass on Chubb. Denver was smart to scoop him up without hesitation.

I'm a Buckeye fan and even I think Ward was a stretch at 4. He is a kid from Northeastern Ohio so maybe that factored into it, I don't know. But they could have had Bradley Chubb - who has been compared to mix between Mack and Von Miller - but took Ward. I also think they should have taken Barkley #1 and a QB at #4 - they still may have gotten Baker depending on who the Jets preferred. The Giants weren't going to take a QB. I know people say you shouldn't waste high picks on RB's - all I know is backs who can also catch the ball are a premium and generally lead to a team that makes the playoffs - Bell at Pittsburgh, Elliott in Dallas, Gurley in LA, Kamara in New Orleans - Barkley is rated higher than any of them. Plus it takes pressure off the young QB - look what Elliott's presence did for Prescott his rookie year and how 'well' he performed when Zeke was suspended. I think the Browns whiffed but I don't like the Browns so I'm somewhat happy!

I tend to agree with Bevo...he might do ok, who knows IMO, Sony Michelle RB from Georgia tore it up in the college football playoff...he looked like a total stud and who gets him? The Patriots of course

Wouldn't surprise me if they were 8-8 next year tough to gain ground in such a competitive division

But, he's been more of a pounder. Zeke has one of the best lines in the NFL to run behind. I think YOU might gain a 1000 yards behind that line. Ki-Jana Carter might have been Emmitt Smith if he'd been passed up by the Jets and gone to Dallas. I pity Jaquon. He's going to have a ROUGH year in New York.
