Could College football stage a game every Tuesday night (making the full college football weekend Thurs-Tue)?
If they were decent teams, I'd watch a game on Tuesday night

I would watch -- even a game between MAC and Sun Belt teams.

Thursday night, on ESPN, is what brought Louisville back to some kind of respectability. I bet, if the Little Sisters conferences starting showcasing a game on Tuesday, or Wednesday.... football fans would watch. But, Spring would be better.

Given I typically watch 'Chopped' on Tuesday nights, I'm pretty sure I'd watch the football games instead....
