I kind of agree with some of what JP is saying here....
The ONLY way Michigan wins this game is if they come out firing, specifically with JJ McCarthy coming out throwing darts.
If Michigan comes out and tries to out physical Alabama, they are in for a long night IMO. If you have watched Alabama for the last 15 years, Saban is an expert at taking away your strengths and exploiting your weaknesses.
WE SHOULD KNOW that Alabama will key in on the running game early and try to shut it down. If Michigan goes 3 and out all 1st quarter, while Milroe is scrambling, hitting targets, and getting TDs, its going to be a rough game for Michigan.
I just haven't seen too many teams with the style of football Michigan has have much success against Alabama.
You must be able to pass the ball to beat Alabama. Period.

I think so too. Over the last 10 years or so, opposing QBs that have won have thrown for ~350, or more, against the Tide. Those types of dual-threat guys have frustrated Saban.
I would say that watching the selection show highlights form the Michigan hotel, and their reaction to having to play Bama - they've already lost the game, at least mentally.

Pretty well agree. Michigan can play some D but Bama by 7-10 pts

There isn't a fiber in my body that will allow me to cheer for or pick Michigan to win a game. That being said, if they find a way to beat Alabama I'm going to be pissed because Ohio State beat themselves against Michigan, they had every chance to win and mistakes cost them the game. I'm also going to become a huge Texas or Washington fan, as well.
Roll Tide....
