Tombstone is at the top of my list. Swordfish was pretty intense The shootout scene in Heat is really good, mostly because of the sounds. Untouchables in the train station Enemy of the State in the restaurant

Not sure it qualifies as a shootout scene but the ending of The Godfather where Michael takes out Moe Green, etc is about as good as it gets. Also the end of Unforgiven. Some good shootout scenes in Bonnie and Clyde.

As westerners go Open Range was epic and a bit more realistic with men moving closer together instead of standing 75 yards apart and shooting from the hip. This is only the end of the shootout. youtu.be/ANsUMi1a3_o?si=3anv72BPbsanv0iU
