That's the spread for the biggest game of the week. I'm not sure. But, I'm inclined to take the points.
The Money Line payout is 4.7X. It would take 100X for me to pick Clemson to win.
The O/U is 49.5 I like the under, thinking the offenses might not quite be in sync yet, for either teams. Defenses have the advantage in early season games.
So, 13.5 points is quite a lot in a 50 point game. I think the Tigers can do it.
THoughts?

I'm not sure...
I tend to think Clemson gets boat-raced in this game, and I'm basing that on uncertainty on offense. QB, OL, WR.
IF the offense shows up improved and can move chains, I'd say yes, take points.
If offense goes 3 and out a bunch, it will wear out the D.
UGA has 6 losses in recent years. In 4 of those, the opposing QB threw for a minimum of 349 yds and 4 TDs (Burrow). The others were 400+ and 4 TDs.
Can Klubnik do that? I have yet to see it.

Hmn... you're not making me feel that confident. UGA is the most talented team in the country, I have no doubt. But, they have a LOT of holes to fill from last year... including QB. I think, they might "muddle" for a bit before hitting the high stride. They will happen when they come to Austin.

Brock Bowers is gone though. I've got him on my NFL fantasy team.
Georgia could be the most complete team entering the season. That said, their schedule is light years harder than it has been lately, which has been a stroll through the SEC East park.
I don't know what to expect from Clemson...Dabo not using the portal at all is bewildering
