Is the bloom starting to come off the rose? In recent days, Trump's lead over Rubio in Florida has been cut in half, from 16% to 8%. Kasich has come out of nowhere in just the past two days to cut Trump's 28% lead to 12% (so far tonight). Now this, from the just released Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll: I wonder if this is another of the same propaganda pieces like the last NBC/WSJ "poll", which wasn't really a poll, it was manufactured PR?

Every sitting U.S. senator who has engaged in a serious campaign for president, including JFK, has, out of necessity, had to miss a substantial number of votes. Every sitting governor who has engaged in a serious campaign for president, including Kasich and Cristie, has, out of necessity, had to leave the state for extended periods of time. Chris Cristie stayed on the campaign trail during a weather related crisis in New Jersey. That is reprehensible, but he pretty much got away with it. It would be equally reprehensible if Kasich failed to go back to Ohio in the event of a crisis, but that hasn't happened. It would also be equally reprehensible if Rubio missed a critical vote, where his vote would have made a difference. But, that hasn't happened. Rubio has missed about 15% of roll call votes. The average for current Senators is 1.7%
In 2015 alone he missed 35%, the worst among any Senator.

These type numbers can't be ignored.

Chris DID return home. People were starting to slam him, if he didn't go back.... But, he did. Dispelling Internet bullshit is quickly becoming my favorite pastime.

I checked it out, and you are right, Bevo. After he had learned of the impending blizzard, Christie announced that had he would stay on the campaign trail. However, he later changed his mind (or perhaps someone changed it for him) and he did go back to New Jersey briefly. This is in contrast to a similar snow emergency in a previous year when Christie opted to stay in Florida. www.politico.com/story/2016/01/2016-snow-storm-chris-christie-218106

Yep, it is the same garbage as last time. Surveys done by Public Opinion Strategies, a political PR firm in Virginia.
The best part isn’t disguising paid political firms as polling firms, it’s using journalists as political experts. They use journalists because they know how to stick to the narrative.
If they thought Trump would lose against Hill / Bern, they would be pushing him 24/7.

The government knows they can "shape" the thinking of most. The rest of us will require stronger measures.
