Today's media meme: Unemployment rose to 4.7% - "Trump is already hurting America" "We are entering a period of hopelessness!" I have never minded helping the helpless. I am sick of carrying the useless. Hopefully change will come...about Jan 20.

I am sick of carrying the useless. Hopefully change will come...about Jan 20. Reagan inherited 13% inflation and a 21.5% prime rate. I felt fortunate to have qualified for a 15.25% mortgage.

That reminds me of what has been falsely attributed to Churchill: "If you're not a liberal when you're 25, you have no heart. If you're not a conservative by the time you're 35, you have no brain."

Roger Staubach(his fellow graduate of The Naval Academy) commented he wished JC would ask her some questions about economics.

FBI says DNC obstructed / inhibited their server investigation. The "investigation" = no adequate investigation except by their paid cybersecurity consultants!
Questions Trump might want to ask: Hey who killed Seth Rich? Who may have had a motive? Did the server logs link Seth Rich to the leaks thereby establishing motive? Gosh these are hard questions.
The dude was shot in the back several times at 4:30 am in D.C. The "robbers" didn't even bother to take anything like his expenseive watch or his iPhone or wallet. Strange robbery.

Ummm subpoenas...search warrants?
You mean the big bad FBI said please, the DNC said no, and the FBI just walked away?
This ridiculous story gets more comedic by the hour.

I'm sure they had confirmations from the Clintons and the Justice Dept.

The farce is now complete. One week after a joint FBI/DHS report was released, supposedly meant to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Russia intervened in the US presidential election, and thus served as a diplomatic basis for Obama's expulsion of 35 diplomats, yet which merely confirmed that a Ukrainian piece of malware which could be purchased by anyone, was responsible for spoofing various email accounts including that of the DNC and John Podesta, moments ago US intelligence agencies released a more "authoritative", 25-page report, titled "Assessing Russian Activities and Intentions in Recent US Elections", and which not surprisingly only serves to validate the media narrative, by concluding that Russian President Vladimir Putin 'ordered' an effort to influence U.S. presidential election.
Specifically, the report concludes the following:
What proof is there? Sadly, again, none. Lots of judgments, but no proof.
Every time the IC repackages its same assertions in a new form, media acts like it's been proven, even though it - again - includes no evidence.

The Carters and the Clintons have one thing in common -- ugly, ugly daughters.

Ever consider the possibility that you (and I) cannot be trusted to be informed about classified matters? And that the people who need to be so informed and can be trusted, including Trump, either have been so informed or soon will be? Perhaps you could connive your way into a role in the Trump administration where you will be privy to such classified information. Then, perhaps your overactive imagination could be satisfied. As for me, I have trust and confidence in the Americans, many of whom who are serving in uniform and all of whom have sworn an oath to the Constitution, who have gathered and assessed the intelligence. Your trust and confidence is in an accused rapist who is hiding in the Ecuadorian Embassy in London in order to avoid deportation to Sweden, where he would face criminal prosecution.
