No. A one loss team with a championship game win over the top team in the country trumps a two-loss team with a championship game win over a five loss team.

> The ACC and Big 10 aren't in quite yet, and by SEC, you mean Alabama, because the rest of the conference is ugly
They pretty much are. The only way the ACC doesn't get in is if UNC loses next week and then knocks off Clemson. The only possibility for the Big Ten not getting in is if Michigan wins the conference. A one loss champion will be in and Michigan is the only team that can win the conference with more than one loss. Even then, I think Michigan would be in. The committee is going to give them a lot of credit for the MSU game; the only other loss was a close loss to a good Utah team in the first game of the season. Beating a one loss tOSU and an undefeated Iowa to close the season ould look really good as well.
The SEC actually has a tougher hurdle if Florida or Alabama loses next week and then wins the SEC CG.
> I think a 1-loss Oklahoma would get in over a 1-loss (Really TWO loss) Michigan State. But, I'm not Ok St would... and, I don't expect OU to beat Okie St
Not a chance. You are comparing the champion of the top conference to the champion of the #5 conference. Plus OU would have one less win.

The champions of the ACC, Big Ten, and SEC are almost assured of spots. The fourth spot will go to Notre Dame if they win out unless Oklahoma State is undefeated. If Oklahoma State is undefeated or Notre Dame drops a game, then the Big 12 champ gets in.

I doubt Notre Dame wins out. Even if they do, they are a long shot to make the playoffs. They definitely would not get in over a one-loss Big Ten team that would have 12 wins to their 11 (especially since they chickened out from playing Big Ten teams).
The ACC is the conference most likely to have an undefeated team. That would be Clemson. If FSU beats Clemson, I don't see them as undefeated.
I don't think any other P5 conference will have an undefeated champion.
The Big 12 and the Pac 12 are the conferences most likely to be left out.
If the SEC can find a one-loss champ, then the bids likely go to the Clemson, the Big Ten champ, the SEC champ, and Notre Dame or the Big 12 champ or the Pac 12 champ.

For Michigan, I would add Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore and Mackinaw Island.
For Maryland, Antietam.
For West Virgina, Harpers' Ferry.
For California, 17 mile Drive.

You are one ahead of me Doc. I still need Alaska, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, and North Dakota.

That is why the SEC is likely to miss the playoffs. They are going to consume each other; it is likely all SEC teams have at least two losses.
