Only SEC players opt out and only SEC players are injured. You should know that, flash, after all these years of ESECPN covering these PSEGs

You talk about opt outs like this has been going on forever...this is the beginning. We have had opts out every year since the Playoff Started...starting in 2014.....there is more this year than usual BUT we have had high profile players opting out of Bowls well before Covid struck Hero......... Cincinnati is missing two key offensive lineman.....you haven't heard about that because the announcers can't stop talking about Georgia's opt outs. I haven’t? I saw the list of every team but thanks for your vote of no confidence anyway. So looking at that tough game, could Cincy(who I wanted to see in the playoffs) have been better and possibly won with two of their best OLineman on the field making plays? Only asking for your opinion, of course.

I heard the announcers talking about THREE players missing for Cincy. It surprised me because, the list I saw, pre-game, said ‘None’

Oregon was Pac 12 champ because Washington had to opt out due to COVID. I agree on Notre Dame. Florida didn't give a shit. The bowls are all aligned with conferences to match equally placed teams but due to the playoff and teams having to bail, the match-ups weren't as even as typical. Also, if Cincinnati would have demonstrated even an ounce of clock management on their final drive they would have won. 3rd and 2 with about 1:40 on the clock and Georgia out of time outs and they throw a pass. They also snapped the ball with about 10 seconds left on the play clock a couple times on that possession - that's a full extra minute they could have taken off the clock.
