Women’s ratings, with four well known teams, TV ratings UP 66%, Men’s tourney, with 4 Cinderella, ratings at multi-year lows. Expect the zebras to be more friendly to the Top seeds next year. 😉
Yeah, a sweet sixteen without Duke, N.Carolina, Kentucky and Kansas. I love it but TV revenue is impacted for sure.

I thinks womens ratings being up had little to do with the top seeds advancing. There was a very unique player on a 2 seeded team that drew you to the game. The range Kaitlen Clark had was simply amazing as she took out the top seed. If it would have been South Carolina and LSU in the finals I am pretty sure I am not tuning in. Unfortunately in the final game the Zebras put there signature all over that game with the fouls that were called.

Quite honestly if it would have been North Carolina vs Kansas or what we had with SDSU UConn, I am not sure if it would have change my interest. The problem with College Hoops is the one and done and you never really get to know the players. Coach K was always a draw and for me Izzo was a draw as well. At the moment I can not name a single player on Duke, NC, Kansas or Kentucky.
