I’m about an hour from Medway, Ohio. I believe it’s in Clark County and I’m in Warren County.

Hillary is doing a lot for our old time fiddle music and playing and dancing together is most difficult. She's promoting herself big time and hats off to her for scratching out a living doing it. I've got fiddlin friends that are better players that just do it for fun . Btw, Kitty wasn't playing that difficult version of 'Hangman's Reel' at age 8. She was playing a much easier version that I taught her.
here's my good friend, April Verch, fiddlin and dancing up a storm :
Wow - I'm just now seeing this, I'm lucky to walk and talk at the same time! On Tuesday we went to a candlelight concert by a string quartet - they played all Queen music and it was mesmerizing, I was a huge fan of Queen all through college and saw them in concert numerous times. The show Tuesday night was very nostalgic for me and I'm so impressed with violin/fiddle players. Actually I'm impressed with anyone who can play an instrument but violin/fiddle looks like it would be one of the more difficult instruments to conquer. I wish I would have tried back in the day but I'm so left handed it would have probably been a disaster.

A lot of truth to that. Grab a bat John Schroeder.... These pitchers today are so soft, most of them never go more than 4 innings. and get days of rest in between that. I got another name for today's pitchers and it rhymes with woosy....

I love you guys but it amazes me how worked up everyone gets about these two guys who should be in a retirement community. November can't get here fast enough.

I guess it's pretty much a foregone conclusion that Lamar Jackson is going to win and it's probably the right call. The fact that Brock Purdy and Dak Prescott are finalists is a joke. Purdy is surrounded by all pros and Dak is so valuable he can't win a home game against the 9-8 Packers. Both had the same regular season record as they did last year.
Honestly Jared Goff should have been a finalist over Purdy and Prescott. And CJ Stroud deserved to be in the conversation, as well. Imagine him on the 49ers.

Hoping for the Chiefs to win. On the other side I'm good with either team. If the Harbaugh's capture both championships I'll be sick.

I don’t think Harbaugh asked what Stalions was doing because he didn’t want to know. Just like he didn’t ask Vincent Gray and Joe Milton about the rape of a 19 year old girl because he didn’t want to know. He’s a piece of shit and coward - he knows what’s coming down the pike so he got out of town. Shame on the Chargers for giving him a get out of jail pass. He doesn’t deserve to be a leader of men.

Bucks just picked up DB Caleb Downs from Alabama in the portal. They bring back almost their entire defense except Eichenberg, Proctor and Steele Chambers. Cody Simon and Sonny Styles will take over at LB - Simon played a lot last season when Eichenberg was hurt. The defensive backfield is loaded and the defensive line will be a strength, as well.

For a man that don't go heeled, you run your mouth kinda reckless, don't you? You are correct. No need to go heeled to take the bulge out of a tub like you. Laughing My top cowboy movie of all time...followed by OPEN RANGE and and old faithful HIGH PLAINS DRIFTER. I've seen a lot of movies but I dont think thats one of them - i guess cowboy movies aren't my genre. I did really like Unforgiven....we all got it comin, kid.

I wanted to say something about being kicked when I am down, I will have to be honest. I no longer feel emotionally connected to the game which calls itself college football...at least not nearly to the extent I once felt. I will keep up with Alabama and hope games are won. College football is such a miserable facsimile of the game I grew up loving I can't even see them as the same game. The amount of passion I can muster about issues regarding this miserable mutant that calls itself college football would not amount to a poot in a tornado. Goodbye college football my old friend. Enjoy what you can with my blessings. I have moved on. I tend to agree with you. It’s not the same game I’ve followed since 1969. I’ll continue to follow the Buckeyes but there’s no loyalty anymore - when McCord said his leaving was a business decision I almost puked 🤮. Players transfer 3 or 4 times and think nothing of it. The COVID year has players sticking around for 6 or 7 seasons. Amazing they’ve been able to destroy the traditions of college football in such a short period of time.

James is a Michigan fan so it’s no surprise that his computer would rank Michigan #2 out of 14,000+ team. Personally I think the 2019 LSU team was the best I’ve seen in recent years - don’t need a computer to tell me that, I can see it with my own eyes. 2020 Alabama was better as was 2022 Georgia. 2001 Miami was pretty damn good, too.

This and there are a good number of players who don't find a new home. So unless the team they left take s them back, they're done which is sad. Yea. And that’s a tough decision for a star eyed kid Or a parent who thinks their kid is the family meal ticket. I don’t think Kyle McCord was cut out to be Ohio State’s QB from a mental standpoint but I’ve also heard that his dad was a pain in the ass and the coaches won’t miss him. Now Kyle will be playing for a middle of the road at best Syracuse team when he could have stuck it out, told his dad to let him live his own life and QB for a team that will be absolutely loaded next season. He said it was a business decision - we’ll he/they made a horrible business decision.

Ichiro Suzuki got a hit in his 10th career at bat to lift his BA to .300 - he never dropped below .300 again in well over 9,000 career at bats. That’s crazy.
