In general, does the SEC (which we all agree is the most talented in FB) still get 'ranking' privileges in this mythical system ? Probably... yes. Past history still influences opinions, although... I think the shelf-life on past success is short. Past preferences given to SEC teams have made the committee look smart. Some of the other preferences? Not so much.
I think probably 'yes' also with one reason being ESPN having ownership of the mythical system. SEC ranking inflation is just plain good business for ESPN.

You have a fertile recruiting base. A VERY loyal fan base. Excellent coaching. You just lack SPEED! :-) The B1G will always be around the top. |
