There were thousands of issues I didn't address, but I didn't dodge any of them. LOL You are too funny. You didn't "dodge", you just "didn't address". You have a future in politics. Oh, wait....

That is what we should come to expect from a supporter of a Senator who is a leader in defending the Second Amendment. And, all the more reason strict gun laws need be enacted in D.C. I hope that was sarcasm.
Couldn't be worse than David Frum:
Do anti-gunners ever do any research?
You do catch on quick to the obvious. It is dripping with irony.

I said that Sessions' response to not answering questions was woeful, and you disagreed. I said that Sessions performance was otherwise excellent, and I assume that you agree. Then, you went off the rails because I didn't address an issue that is meaningful to you. I don't have a clue what the issue is. I don't know why you believe that I should have been able to divine what was troubling you so. I have asked what the issue is that I didn't address, and you won't say. Your cryptic response was, "You didn't "dodge", you just didn't "address". You have had more than your fair share of weird, indecipherable posts over the years, but the total disconnect here is off the charts.

but the total disconnect here is off the charts. The feeling is MUTUAL. You still won't tell me what issue I failed to address? I addressed two things re: Sessions testimony: 1. Why he wouldn't answer certain questions 2. Everything else. That totals everything! What "issue" could I have possibly failed to address? I don't have a disconnect with you personally, just with your bizarre attempt to create a conflict when none exists. I can't understand why you always try to turn it into something personal. Sorry, but I'm not going to play your silly game.

FHF: I hardly ever use a font of any type. But, especially not when something is so obvious.

I don't know what language you speak, but I speak standard American English.
In plain English, what issue did I fail to address?

Let's assume, for the sake of argument, that Mueller has overloaded his staff with Trump haters. In today's hearing, Sessions said that he has full confidence in Robert Mueller. DAG Rod Rosenstein, who was nominated by Trump, is the only person who can fire Mueller. He expressed full confidence in Mueller repeatedly at today's hearing. He also said that he would defy an unlawful Trump order to fire Mueller. And, his having staff members who are anti-Trump is not the basis for a lawful order. Trump has the authority to fire Rosenstein at any time, without cause, and nominate a replacement who would do his bidding. Good luck with the Senate confirmation. If Trump was to fire Rosenstein, he would do so at the risk of Sessions resigning. Now, put yourself in Donald Trump's shoes. What are you going to do? Won't anyone man up and give this a shot?

I do that sometimes when the conversation gets ridiculous. It's really not all that hard.... I said " It's no mystery why cabinet officials don't freely testify before Congress all the details of their conversations with the President. EVEN YOU can figure out why that is a bad policy". I thought you might pick up on that theme. You chose not to. I had said "LOL (laughing out loud) Artful dodge". That was not a comment meant in any derogatory sense. Hence.. "lol". I had no intention of following up on that. It was no big deal. Then, you replied with the rather nasty "vacuous" comment... and, it all went downhill from there.

Now, put yourself in Donald Trump's shoes. What are you going to do? Won't anyone man up and give this a shot? What is there to do at this point? Making a few questionable hiring choices is not a cause for termination. I would wait until there was some ACTION to justify removal. If Mueller has indeed granted immunity to Comey? I might consider that cause. Comey just admitted, under oath, to a potentially illegal leak of FBI property. In NO WAY should he be granted immunity right now. But, that would be a judgement call. I think it's pretty clear: Trump CAN legally fire Mueller, if he so chooses. With, or without cause. But, the legal mechanisms aren't well defined. There would be a substantial POLITICAL cost to doing this. And, in the end, impeachment is a POLITCAL process, not legal. The best outcome right now would be to let Mueller continue, and hope he concludes quickly. If he does, he'll be the FIRST Special Prosecutor to ever do so. At this point, it's a mess that is not likely to go away anytime soon. For 8 years, I was amazed that Obama was able to avoid a Special Prosecutor. I guess, only Republican Presidents are subject to this farce.

Why didn't you simply say so in the first place? There was no earthly reason why I should have brought that topic up, but I would have been willing to discuss it.
