Miami is annihilating Notre Dame....I think they are legit
Oklahoma is putting up ridiculous numbers on offense...I think they will make it to the playoffs
Wisconsin is cruising their way to the B1G Championship
Huge statements by these teams
Auburn looked awesome in their victory as well...they have a chance to steal the SEC from Bama and Georgia
my updated top 4 would be:
1. Alabama 2. Miami 3. Oklahoma 4. Wisconsin --------------- 5. Clemson 6. Auburn
Also, Baker Mayfield for Heisman

It is hard for me to see BAMA holding on much longer. Injuries have them crippled.

It is hard for me to see BAMA holding on much longer. Injuries have them crippled. Bama is badly hobbled, at a minimum, with 4 LBs injured. LBs are the leaders of that defense. Clemson has 6 defensive starters injured, all 4 DBs, 1 LB and 1 DT. And then, FSU targets our healthy FS and gets called for targeting away form the play:

Should probably be suspended for a game or two Jimbo has lost that team IMO

At this point, we could see a 2=loss team, or 2 teams from a single conference.

At this point, we could see a 2=loss team, or 2 teams from a single conference. We are most likely going to have: SEC Champ ACC Champ Oklahoma and Wisconsin if they win out. If they lose in the B1G Championship, then you'll have an argument between Ohio State and a 2nd SEC team or possibly Miami if they lose

If BAMA drops one to Auburn there resume is not that strong. Miami now has the win vs ND. I don't see BAMA losing but if they do have a bad loss to Auburn then they will be in some trouble.

I think the 4 best resumes right now are MIA, CLEM, BAMA and OKLA.
Either Clemson or Miami has the best OOC win with ND or Auburn, edge probably ot Miami.
OU has wins over OSU, Okie state, and TCU. They have the best collection of wins, but they have a loss. Clemson has wins over Auburn, VT, and NC State, but we have a loss.
Alabama has wins over LSU and MSU, not that great, but they’re undefeated.
Clemson and Miami are both 3-0 against these common opponents - FSU/GT/VT. Clemson beat Auburn, Miami beat Notre Dame.
Clemson went 6-0 against: Kent State, Wake Forest, BC, NCSU, FSU, UL. Miami went 5-0 against: Duke, FSU, Bethune Cookman, UNC, Toledo.
Miami beat Cuse, Clem lost to Cuse.

At this point (and things can change quickly):
The SEC and ACC champs are pretty much locks. Wisconsin is a lock if they win the Big Ten, most likely eliminated with any loss. Oklahoma is a lock if the win the Big 12, eliminated with a loss.
If Wisky or OU drop the ball, then you are looking at a one-loss Alabama and a one-loss Miami.
If you need to drop further, then a one-loss Big Ten champ Wisconsin comes back into the picture (loss to Michigan).
After that you are looking at a two-loss champion of the Big 12, Pac 12, and Big Ten (but not Wisconsin, likely tOSU).

Alabama has four top-50 wins by S&P+. One of those was on the road. Alabama has consistently blown out its competition, while Miami has not. You can’t just discount a win on the road at Mississippi State as "not that great" while granting Miami credit for a one-point home win over Georgia Tech.
Also, Miami has struggled to beat basically half of its schedule, while Alabama has won by 20+ a whole bunch of times.
Miami needed last-minute, miracle type plays to recover against FSU and GT. In the last 4 games they have forced 16 turnovers. That's unlikely to prove sustainable.
