If I remember correctly Geronimo was the #8 hitter and had a Batting Average of around .320. The 2020 Reds team bating average was .211. In the post season the played 2 games and were shutout for 22 straight innings. My guess is that is the most consecutive scoreless innings in a 2 game series.

C He is closest to Woody Hayes 3 yards and a cloud of dust type of running back.

The odds are looking better that we will either see Miami twice or ND twice this year. UNC hasn’t started clicking yet. VT isn’t going to be able to run run run on everybody to survive. Not sure why they haven’t put Hooker on the field yet. Also, it is really looking like a sophomore slump for Howell. Those 2 teams seem the clearly be in the second tier of the ACC by themselves. Clemson does not have that many games with hype around it this season but when they do I expect they will take care of business. If Miami is hanging midway through the 3rd quarter I will be surprised.

My top 6 are as follows 1Clemson (Clearly looked the part they will get everyones best game and will likely handle it) 2Bama (Mac Jones seems to be more than sufficient justifying jump to number 2) 3Ohio State (Home call clearly as stated by Evil but top 3 talent is far above the rest until proven otherwise) 4Florida (Offense looks CFB like but defense still has some holes) 5UGA (As SEC team that can play some defense) 6Miami (Most likely Miami's last week in the top 6. Not sold but they got the opportunity)
Takes from week 6. SEC Still looks like Bama's and Florida to loose but UGA certainly made a statement. In the West the talent level from BAMA vs the rest is overwhelming. In the East Tenn may be a team to watch out for B12 The Big 2 have clearly moved back into the pack. Okie St looks to be there only hope in terms of CFB. Not good when you have 3 undefeated teams in the league and 2 of them have losses to SBC teams. ACC Clemson looks very good. I think they come fired up against Miami and put them away. As of now ND looks to be their toughest challenge. AAC Took a pretty big hit with UCF taking one on the chin. SMU and Cinti only undefeated teams left. Their impact on the CFP has all but dwindled. B1G All teams still having perfect seasons.

Both of our new coordinators are ex-Ohio State coaches. DC- Chris Ash was the Defensive Coordinator the last time OSU won the Natty. He left to go HC at Rutgers, but got fired.... for obvious reasons. OC - Mike Yurcich was most recently Passing game coordinator at OSU. Before that, he was the OC at Ok State. Hermann likes those Ohio State coaches. It helps when you have the Jimmies and Joes to go along with the X's and O's. I think offensively they look fine. Defensively they seem to have a lot of issues.

My top 6 are as follows Clemson Ohio State Bama Florida Miami UGA Penn St is out for now until I see them play. Takes from week 1. SEC I think Florida and Bama will take care of business. They have the most complete teams with solid QB play. LSU may struggle to get to 500. MSU will be fun to watch as Leach had things rolling in the Bayou. B12 Oklahoma St may be the best bet for the playoffs. Kansas St who took it on the chin from Arky St will haunt the Sooners. I watch the second part of the Texas TT game and one thing that seemed apparent is that the Texas defense seemed slow. Maybe they were gassed but if not, they will have a hard time this season. Very nice comeback though. ACC either Miami is better than we thought our FSU is becoming the Vanderbilt of the ACC. The best shots to dethown the Clemson falls on Miami, UNC, and ND. AAC Three teams that may have some impact on the playoffs are UCF, Cinti, amd Memphis. UCF will have the strongest claim if they handle business they entire season especially if GT fares well in the ACC. Ohio State at #2 is just homerism. If you are waiting on Penn State, might as well wait on the entire Big 10. I think it's stupid that PAC 12 and Big 10 teams have been added to the AP poll. Just shows what a shoddy load of crap the polls are. Everything should be based on results on the field.
How the hell is Penn State ahead of Miss St. in the AP Poll? That makes zero sense
Wisconsin is ahead of Pitt lol. Pitt is 3-0
Clemson also plays Virginia and Virginia Tech. How good are those teams? 2020 has flipped the Clemson schedule on its head and now they play one of the tougher schedules this year. I would be shocked if they went undefeated
Homerism??? Considering they were number 2 in the preaseason polls, I think it is reasonable to have them in any of the top 3 spots considering they have one of the best QB's in the country returning.
Yes the polls are a joke. Ohio State went from number 2 to not rated to number 10. 4 SEC teams that did not play a single game jump them.

Out of that list I would probably have the following in the top 10 or the ones that I have watch. Forest Gump Ordinary People Rocky Godfather 1 Godfather 2 The Sting Titanic Platoon Unforgiven One who flew over the cuckoos nest
I am fairly certain I saw Terms of Endearment but it was a long long time ago. Looks like I will need to start with that one.
I saw half a Casablanca on a flight. I think I am out next week on a flight so I should be able to get to it.

Miss St looked very good but it is far too soon to tell if it was because they are that much better with Leach or was it a depleted LSU team that they were up against. I remember back in 2016 when Clemson won it all, we would then find out if Clemson was a 1 hit wonder with the current talent pool or was Dabo able to reload as the great teams can do. He has proven the latter. I am not sold that O is a great coach. He fell into a great situation with a pro style OC and a QB that could deliver. Time will tell. Another factor is the state of the SEC West. Auburn and Texas A&M weren't all that impressive...Miss St. can climb the ladder this year. They may be the 2nd best team in the SEC West this year. I think the SEC is actually kind of down this year. Not as bad as the Big XII though! I agree 100% that the B XII is not good. The 2 premier programs had a rough week although Texas did pull out the win. Oklahoma losing to K St who lost to Arky St is a stinger that will last the season.
Hard to tell if the SEC is down or not. I think Florida and Bama will be really good. Not sold on UGA at all. LSU is young and time will tell with them. I do think it is a bit more balanced. Both Vandy and Arky seemed competitive. It is going to be a fun season to watch.

LSU starting to look a little like FSU nah, not that bad yet Tough start of the year for you. FSU is a train wreck. LSU is just young. Going to be interested to see how they respond.

It is always much better to feast after you worked for it and for a great cause. Fairly certain the Noon games will get nixed but with our kids going to UC and Graduating from WVU I have a fighting chance for the 3:30 games.

During this covid craziness against my wife's better judgement I chose to upgrade the man cave and now have a 65 flanked by 2 50. With the first fairly full weekend of football got some tough decisions to make on what goes where Saturday
Thus far here is the plan Noon Games Center Stage UK-Auburn Side Stages Louisville-Pitt UK-OU Alternate UF-Ole Miss
3:30 Games Center Stage WVU-OkSt Side Stages Cinti-Army LSU-MissSt Alternate Texas -Texas Tech
7:30 Center Stage Reds-Twins Side Stages FSU-Miami TBD Alternate Brewers-Cards Bama-Mizzou Tenn-otherSC
Only issue now is getting my wife on board to execute the plan

Our middle relievers have been a nightmare. Even though they are in the thick of things they are still frustrating to watch. I thought this team was supposed to be an offensive machine. As a team they are hitting about 210.
